President The chief executive officer of the club and chair of the Executive Committee. will appoint the chairpersons for all the Standing and Ad Hoc committees.
1st Vice President Ex-officio on all standing committees. in the absence or incapacitation of the President will assume those responsibilities.
2nd Vice President (Program) Responsible for General Meeting programs (speakers) and special events, and responsibility for publicity for all events.
Secretary Keep minutes of meetings and maintain the reports.
Treasurer Receive and be responsible for all club funds, vouchers, and bank accounts.
3 Members-At-Large of the Executive Board or Committee There are no specific duties, but members will be expected to assist in planning for activities and participating in the Executive Committee.
